Radius Tube Connectors

Radius Tube Connectors are used to make secure T joints between Round Tubes. We offer a range of Radius Tube Connectors allowing the connection of tubes of the same or of different dimensions. The main component is inserted inside one of the tubes and the adjoining tube sits into a moulded saddle and can then be secured using a screw – also available via the Component Force website or call 01634 245999.

Component Force now offers Phthalate-free PVC.

Component Force is one of the First plastic dip moulding manufactures to offer a Phthalate-free PVC. Component Force has seen an increase in demand for phthalate-free polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Phthalate-free PVC is recommended for plastic moulds that are going to be used in children’s toys or childcare apparatus.

Gate Castors

Gate Castor's are used to support the ends of wide gates. They are made from a fabricated steel housing with a black finish. The gate Castor's are designed to help support the ends of wide gates. It has a sprung-loaded Castor to enable it to travel over uneven surfaces and to accept slopes from the open to closed position. The maximum range is approximately 75mm. Please note this Castor is not designed to take the full weight of the gate onto which it is mounted.

Rubber Feet Style E

This style of rubber feet from Component Force is designed with it's flat base which is neat, simple and offers maximum contact with the floor. Standards colours are black & grey.
Application for this rubber foot include frames, stands, health care equipment and general industrial applications. The best way to fit these rubber feet is to simply push fit them but if they are very tight a mild solution of soapy water can be used. Rubber Feet Style D

The Rubber feet in this style D shape are a great all rounder and are a popular chunky base rubber foot. The classic chunky base rubber foot design is very popular as a walking stick foot. Applications as well as walking sticks, include chair feet or stand feet. Rubber feet also help to reduce slip and vibration. The range includes products with and without metal re-enforcing washers in the base. These help to prevent tubes punching through the end of the rubber feet, especially good for heavier applications. New ¾” BSP Threaded Caps.

We have a new arrival in the Threaded Caps section of the Component Force web site. We have introduced a ¾” BSP Threaded Cap in Yellow HPDE. This compliments the range and introduces as new dimension to the section, as this is the first of a range of Threaded Caps to be aimed at domestic heating, plumbing and domestic labour saving devices. Bike Reflector Set

This card packed set of bike reflectors from Component Force comprises of a front & rear bicycle reflector, both with mounting brackets supplied.
